The utility model relates to a balanced type one-machine multi-well energy saving hydraulic pumping unit. The hydraulic pumping unit comprises a motor, a hydraulic output unit, a hydraulic drive unit and an energy accumulator, wherein the hydraulic drive unit comprises at least one hydrocylinder group; the hydrocylinder group comprises at least two hydrocylinders; the hydraulic output unit is connected with rodless oil chambers of the hydrocylinders in each hydrocylinder group; the hydraulic output unit controls connecting devices connected with the hydrocylinders in any hydrocylinder group to ascend or descend alternatively; a second hydraulic pump is connected with the oil inlet of a second non-return valve; the oil outlet of the second non-return valve is connected to rod oil chambers of the hydrocylinders in each hydrocylinder group; the oil port of the energy accumulator is connected in parallel with the oil outlet of the second non-return valve and oil ways between the rod oil chambers of the hydrocylinders. The gravity of the hydraulic pumping unit is enabled to be balanced; the acting force of the oil well is balanced through the energy accumulator; then the pumping unit does useful work; the energy is greatly saved; the energy loss of the equipment is saved.
