Falso contratado ou empreendedor? um estudo sobre a atividade PJ no Brasil

This study highlights the difference between individuals ahead of small business: entrepreneurs and disguised workers. Although understandable that most companies are created to grow and multiply, become sustainable, create jobs and develop economically, nevertheless significant portions of new businesses are composed of disguised workers also known as "PJ". In this paper, we propose a conceptual framework to differentiate the owners of these small businesses. Following there are comparison between personality traits and business behavior between workers and entrepreneurs to attest greater salience of features in the latter group.
