The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a crystalline silicon solar battery. The method comprises the following steps: a texture silicon chip is prepared through raw material silicon chip processing, a PN-junction silicon chip is prepared through PN junction processing, and the crystalline silicon solar battery is prepared through vapor plating sintering processing; and according to meteorological environments of application regions of the crystalline silicon solar battery, a temperature scope and an illumination intensity scope for a graded test are determined, then the battery efficiency of the crystalline silicon solar battery is tested, preliminary grading is performed, individuals whose battery efficiency change within the determined temperature scope and the illumination intensity scope is quite different from an overall condition are rejected, then work current values of the crystalline silicon solar battery are tested, fine grading is performed, and individuals whose work current value change within the determined temperature scope and the illumination intensity scope is quite different from the overall condition are rejected. According to the invention, work currents between unit battery sheets are enabled to match when an assembly is packaged, and thus a solar panel is enabled to have a quite low power loss rate and quite high battery efficiency.
