Practice of waterborne traffic accident crime transfer and relevant deliberation

Based on analysis of the concept of maritime traffic accident crime and the standard for case transfer and in view of the author's work practice in Zhaoqing MSA, the paper attempts to make breakthrough in the passive situation in which it is difficult to transfer such cases involving maritime traffic accident crime, aiming at laying a foundation for the overall promotion of MSA's rule of law.
