Study on Extract Technology of Compound Liuweidihuang Pill with Supersonic Method

ObjectiveTo study the effect of supersonic method on the process of extraction from compound Liuweidihuang Pill,to get the optimum exracting condition and to determine the limits of supersonic method.MethodsWith gangao-yield,paeono,polysaccharideas indexes,supersonic-extraction was adopted to study with orthogonal design,then gain better extracting method.Take the way as using traditional refluxing-extraction method to compare.ResultsThe optimum extraction condition is A_2B_2C_2D_1E_3F_2,adding ten times amount of 60% ethanol(original temperature 60℃)and supersonic extracting(the frequency 25kHz) for 30min(totally extracting for 2 times).ConclusionThe result from supersonic extraction is so stable and reliable that orthogonal design can be adequate for polysaccharide compositions of traditional Chinese medicine and it has characteristics of saving on time and operator,higher extraction rates and so on.
