Una mirada analítica sociopolítica contemporánea desde el Derecho Constitucional en Ecuador

The research aims to carry out an analysis from a contemporary socio-political analytical perspective on constitutional law in Ecuador. A descriptive analytical conception was approached in order to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of Ecuadorian constitutional law, this in light of the documentary review of 13 scientific articles published in peer-reviewed journals. Ecuadorian constitutional law has ensured maintaining a democratic and plural state from public participation, democracy, being protected by constitutional law, guarantees that the autonomous decentralized Ecuadorian provincial and municipal governments exercise their autonomy in decision-making to balance their social context. to the one declared in the constitution.
