NEBULIZER MANAGEMENT AND ACTIVE CYCLE OF BREATHING TECHNIQUE (ACBT) TO HELP ISSUES SPUTUM CHRONIC OBSTRCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE CASE IN HOSPITAL PULMONARY DUNGUS MADIUN Background: Chronic Obstructif Pulmonari Disease (COPD) is a chronic lung disease that is progressive, the disease is characterized by shortness of breath, cough with phlegm sustainable Aim: To find out the benefits of nebulizer, active cycle of breathing technique in case of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Objectives: after therapy 3 time there is a decline in the degree of shortness of breath T1:4 to T3:3, the increasing expansion of the thoracic cage in the axilla T1:0,5 cm to 1,5 cm, ICS 4 T1:0,5 cm to 1,5 cm, processus xypoid:1 cm to2 cm, and there ia an increase in the ability of functional activities T1:3 to T3:2. Conclusion: Provision modality Nebulizer, Active Cycle of Breathing Technique can reduce breathlessness, increase the expansion of the thoracic cage, and improve functional activities
