The invention provides a method for fermentation preparation of an L-lysine product. The method comprises fermentation preparation of an L-lysine fermentation liquor. The L-lysine fermentation liquor can be mixed with a high temperature-resistant dehydrated compound enzyme obtained by fermentation and the mixture is dried at a high temperature and then is coated with fat. The invention also provides a product produced by the method.
