Research on Motivation Strategies for the Inherent Power of Safety Management in Small and Medium-scale Private Enterprises

The current situation of safety management in small and medium-sized private enterprises is analyzed according to safety management science.It is pointed out that economic benefit,self-achievement,brand image and social responsibility are the four kinds of inherent powers for safety management in private enterprises.To achieve work safety in small and medium-sized private enterprises,it is suggested that,by overcoming traditional ideas and building up people-oriented concept of safety production management,the inherent power strategies and long-efficiency mechanism for safety management should be established and the source of power for innovative safety management should be formed.
