Composition for treating hair and scalp containing at least two immiscible liquid phases with one another, in which (A) a first phase is a continuous phase and contains as solvent water, hidrolos organic solvents or hydrologic solvent mixture water-containing or water-free and in which (B) a second phase is a discontinuous phase contains at least one hydrophobic liquid and is in the form of droplets having a size that can be recognized and distinguished from each other naked eye, i.e. having a diameter of at least about 1 mm, (C) the composition contains as dispersant at least one insoluble in the composition, in powder form and finely distributed inorganic solid, (D) the composition contains at least one hair fixative polymer lmogeno, being able to transform the composition by hand shaking in an emulsion or pseudoemulsion thinner than p It ermanece stable for a period sufficient for use as partirde which is formed again spontaneously and reversibly phase structure and original way drops.
