ПРОФЕСІЙНА ОСВІТА: ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ В ХХІ СТОЛІТТІ

In the article, the main tendencies of the development of professional education at the beginning of the 21st century are analyzed. The authors have conducted an analytical research of the co-relation of professional education and the economic development of the state, its international position; the lack of attention from the side of state government towards the development of this vector is pointed out: the examples of many countries are given, where economic success was reached through well-organized professional education. Much attention is payed to the fact, that when the professional education is provided with priority development conditions in social life, then together with other factors it can contribute to the economic rise of the country; for it is an inalienable part of people’s general capability, which give an opportunity to adjust integrally to new professions (engineer, information security pro, software developer, economist-mathematician, trade manager, mechatronic, public nutrition technologist, specialist, who take care of old people, doctor, Math and Science teacher) and types of activity in the conditions of quantum uncertainty of the development of productive systems. Professional education performs the function of preparing people to play various professional roles and fulfill tasks that appear in society, taking into account their interests and capabilities. It is proved, that versatility and difficulty of all the contemporary people’s educational problems in modern world require their development to be done due to numerous directions and various methods.
