2011
FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalysts for producing petroleum cuts with low sulphur content, methods of producing such catalysts and methods of producing supports for these catalysts. Described is a catalyst, having pore volume of 0.3-0.7 cm 3 /g, specific surface area of 170-300 m 2 /g, mean pore diameter of 7-22 nm and containing the following, wt %: Mo - 8.0-15.0; Co and/or Ni - 2.0-5.0; S - 5.0-15.0; B - 0.5-2.0; C - 0.5-7.0; Al 2 O 3 - the balance. A support containing the following, wt %, is prepared first: B - 0.7-3.0; Al 2 O 3 - the balance; having specific surface area of 170-300 m 2 /g, pore volume of 0.5-0.95 cm 3 /g and mean pore diameter of 7-22 nm, which are particles with a tri-lobe shaped section with diameter of 1.0-1.6 mm and length of up to 20 mm, having strength of 2.0-2.5 kg/mm. The support is obtained by moulding a paste which is obtained by mixing AlOOH powder with a boehmite with water, nitric acid or acetic acid, a boron compound and at least one oxygen-containing organic compound, through a tri-lobe shaped draw plate at pressure of up to 10 MPa, followed by drying and calcination at temperature of up to 600°C. The catalyst is prepared by soaking a boron-containing support with aqueous solution of a bimetallic complex [M(H 2 O)x(L) y ] 2 [Mo 4 O 11 (C 6 H 5 O 7 ) 2 ], where: M=Co and/or Ni 2+ ; L is a partially deprotonated form of citric acid C 6 H 6 O 7 ; x=0 or 2; y=0 or 1; and at least one oxygen-containing organic compound, dried and sulphided. EFFECT: obtaining a catalyst having maximum activity in target reactions occurring when hydrofining hydrocarbon material. 14 cl, 7 ex, 1 tbl
