The invention discloses a flexible pneumatic variable-rigidity follow-up push head used for mirror milling. The flexible pneumatic variable-rigidity follow-up push head used for mirror milling. The flexible pneumatic variable-rigidity follow-up push head used for mirror milling comprises a base. A substrate is fixed to the base. Universal balls are installed at two circular arc ends in each circular arc through hole of the substrate. The right ends of a plurality of hexagonal socket head plugs are in threaded connection with the interiors of circumferential installation threaded through holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode. A pneumatic cylinder installing hole is formed in the middle of the right end of each hexagonal socket head plug. A cylinder block of pneumatic cylinder is installed in each pneumatic cylinder installing hole. A piston rod of each pneumatic cylinder is provided with an external thread and in threaded connection with a positioning nut. The piston rods, located in the circular arc through holes, of the pneumatic cylinders are in threaded connection with internal threads of polished rods of the coaxially-arranged universal balls in the horizontal direction. By adoption of the flexible pneumatic variable-rigidity follow-up push head used for mirror milling, supporting requirements of thin-walled workpieces with different curvatures are met.
