Efficiency evaluation of chlorobenzamide insecticides SC against Cnaphalocrocis medinalis guenee

The toxicity test, plot experiment and the effect of chlorobenzamide to rice leaf roller cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee were studied in this paper. The results indicated that the median lethal dose of rice leaf roller treated by chlorobenzamide was 8.20 mg/L within 48 h,less than standard insecticides acephate. Index of relative toxicity was 1086.83. Two years plot experiment showed that sprayed 25% chlorobenzamide SC at 8 mL/667 m2 resulted in 93.49% and 94.72% pest control efficiency. It could also effected against rice planthoppers and it could increase yield of rice.
