The mechanical portion comprises a horizontal moving unit, an object platform unit and a bearing unit which are arranged in the X rectangular coordinate direction, in the Y rectangular coordinate direction and in the Z rectangular coordinate direction, the object platform unit comprises an object table and a battery driving mechanism arranged on the object table, and a battery push mechanism is arranged on the battery driving mechanism. The electrical control portion comprises a data acquisition device, a power driving mechanism, an I/O (input/output) module and a wireless communication module I which are connected with a master control computer system, and the wireless communication module I is in wireless communication with a control background wireless communication module II and a wireless communication module III in a remote control device. By means of application of a battery replacement robot, positioning precision is high, relative displacement is small and positions are accurate during battery replacement, and rapid replacement of power batteries of various electric buses can be realized.
