Gestión integral de riesgo de desastres en zonas volcánicas vulnerables: propuestas desde la capacitación

The National System of Civil Protection presents weaknesses that are manifested in the preparation process it has more than enough integral administration of risks of disasters (GIRDD), of the Municipal Commissions of Civil Protection, in the municipalities of the north area of the volcano San Vicente in El Salvador. For this, it was necessary to review original reports, articles, official documents and thesis. In this way, it begins with a periodization of risk management to show the importance and need for training, which reveals the potential of the communities in the study area and emphasizes the social participation and direct link of the specialists with local actors.
