The two-pack urethane adhesive composition and coating composition of the present invention contains 100 parts by mass of an isocyanate compound (component (a)), 20 to 80 parts by mass of at least one type of acrylate (component (b)) selected from among a urethane (meth)acrylate, an epoxy (meth)acrylate and a polyester (meth)acrylate, 20 to 80 parts by mass of a denaturant (component (c)), and 0 to 30 parts by mass of a viscosity reducing agent (component (d)) (wherein the sum of components (b) to (d) is 100 parts by mass).
