Progress on Molecular Biology of Riemerella Anatipestifer

Riemerella anatipestifer infection has become a serious infectious disease on duck industry.At present,the domestic and foreign scientists mainly focused on RA's virulence relativity genes,resistance-drug factors,DNA fingerprinting,16 S rDNA characterization analyze method,random amplified polymorphic DNA technology,immunogenicity relativity protein,RA gene library construct,monoclonal antibody and protoplasts preparation,the discovery of phage et al in the studies of molecular biology of R.anatipestifer.In order to provide some basis for further study to better prevent and control this disease,this paper summarized recent research progress on molecular biology of R.anatipestifer.
