Three generations of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in a family SPECT brain perfusion findings

Tc-99m SPECT brain imaging was performed on three patients who represented three different generations in a family with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Among the findings were bilateral frontal, parietal, and thalamic hypoperfusion and brain atrophy.
