Analysis on influence of community health education to patients with primary hypertension

Objective To understand the beneficial effects of community health education by comparison to disease control situation in primary hypertension patients given community health education and those without community health education.Methods We selected 206 cases with hypertension,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,103 cases with each group.Patients in the two groups received conventional drug treatment,the observation group was added with community health education and training,we compared two groups with blood pressure control status after three months.Results Compared with the control group,the blood pressure control status in observation group patients with high blood pressure was better,and reexamination rate was higher.With the treatment of drug,diastolic and systolic blood pressure in patients of two groups improved in a certain extent,the blood pressure in observation group decreased more apparently.Conclusion Community health education can help patients with hypertension understand more clearly the control points in all aspects of their illness,which is more helpful for the remission of their diseases.
