Light bar, backlight and display device

The invention relates to a light bar. The light bar comprises a base plate, and a plurality of LED lamps arranged on the base plate; at least two ranks of LED lamps are arranged on the base plate; the LED lamps in every two adjacent ranks are arranged by staggering. The invention also relates to a backlight and a display device. The light bar, the backlight and the display device have the beneficial effects that the LED lamps are arranged by staggering, and thereby, non-uniform picture caused by hotspot phenomenon can be avoided.
