The micro-foaming device comprises a fixed mould and a movable mould, wherein a piston module is located in the movable mould and is combined with the fixed mould to form a molding cavity; a heating pipe is arranged around the molding cavity in the movable mould; the fixed mould is provided with a pouring gate; each of the fixed mould and the movable mould is provided with a cooling liquid cavity; each cooling liquid cavity is internally provided with a temperature sensor; a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe of each cooling liquid cavity are both provided with an electromagnetic valve; and the temperature sensors and the electromagnetic valves are electrically connected with a controller. The micro-foaming device disclosed by the utility model can be directly applied to a common foaming machine; the transformation difficulty is low and the investment cost is reduced; the temperature of a resin melt in the molding cavity can be controlled by controlling cooling liquid so that gas generation in a foaming process of micro-foaming polymer materials is effectively regulated and controlled to obtain the very ideal foaming polymer materials; meanwhile, the surface quality of a foaming product is improved.
