Application of Superoxide Dismutase

Superoxide dismutase(SOD),metalloenzymes that play a pivotal role in catalyzing removal of superoxide anion radical,is a kind of important antioxidant enzymes in vivo.It has been generally applied in food,cosmetics and pharmaceutical field.This review briefly introduces the application of SOD.
