Crank shaft and servo motor integrated structure

2013
The utility model discloses a crank shaft and servo motor integrated structure and aims to solve the problems that coaxiality between a crank shaft and a rotation shaft is bad and rotational inertia of the crank shaft is large due to the fact that the crank shaft and the rotation shaft of a servo motor are connected through a coupler in the prior art. The crank shaft and servo motor integrated structure comprises a servo motor and a crank shaft connected with a machine tool driving mechanism. The servo motor comprises a machine shell and a rotation shaft. A motor bearing base is arranged inside the machine shell. Two ends of the rotation shaft are arranged on the motor bearing base in a supporting mode. One end of the crank shaft is connected with a machine tool through a crank shaft bearing base. The other end of the crank shaft is connected with an output end of the rotation shaft. The crank shaft and servo motor integrated structure is characterized in that the crank shaft and the rotation shaft of the servo motor are arranged integrally. According to the crank shaft and servo motor integrated structure, the crank shaft and the rotation shaft of the servo motor are machined integrally and have a high coaxiality. Moreover, the risks that the crank shaft and the rotation shaft loosen do not exist. The crank shaft and servo motor integrated structure is safe and reliable in operation. Rotational inertia of the rotation shaft is reduced, so that power driving the crank shaft to operate is reduced remarkably and driving power consumption of the servo motor is reduced. The crank shaft and servo motor integrated structure is suitable for the technical field of bending machines, press machines and the like.
