A Study of Trial Labor Following Previous Cesarean Section

Objective To analyze pregnancy delivery after cesarean section. Methods 136 cases of pregnant women after cesarean section delivery and again prenatal complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results 35cases of 136 cases vaginal trial production, the success of the pilot was 22 cases, the success rate of 62.9%. Elective cesarean section 114 cases. There were no significant difference in neonatal asphyxia, postpartum hemorrhage, the incidence of uterine rupture threatened between VBAC and VBNC. Repeat cesarean section (RCS) of postpartum hemorrhage VBAC was higher than average days of hospitalization than VBAC head, there were statistically significant, P<0.05.Conclusion Another indication of cesarean section is not the history of cesarean section, in combination with the previous indication of caesarean section after operation,the wounds of pregnancy and ultrasound monitoring consideration, with trial production conditions, monitoring vaginal under trial production.
