Social exclusion as a phenomenon involves a series of productive processes and evolves according to habits and costums that are frequently related to local consumption. This work aims to incorporate strategic actions of regarding planning sustainable economic, social, cultural and environmental aspects. We seek to establish the potential of the actions performed in Santa Catarina through the association of ecological farmers from the Serra Geral hills – AGRECO.
