Research of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction Combined with Xiaofeng Powder on Regulating Leukotriene Receptor of Mouse Ear and Spleen Tissues of Chronic Eczema Model

Objective:Researching the regulation effect of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaofeng Powder on leukotriene receptor of mouse ear and spleen tissue of chronic eczema model.Methods:Using Delayed-type hypersensitivity to cause chronic dermatitis eczema mouse model,analyzing and detecting the expression of leukotriene receptor CysLTR1,CysLTR2 in the mouse ear skin tissue and the spleen tissue,and analyzing the possible mechanism.Results:There were significant differences between model group and other groups on CysLTR1 and CysLTR2 receptor expression level of mouse ear and spleen tissue(P0.05,P0.01).There were significant differences between TCM high,low groups and other groups,there were significant differences between TCM high group and TCM low group(P0.05).It showed that the TCM high group and TCM low group could significantly decrease expression level of relative CysLTR1mRNA\CysLTR2mRNA.Conclusion:Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaofeng Powder has significant regulatory role about CysLTR1 and CysLTR2 receptor of the mouse ear and spleen tissue of the chronic dermatitis eczema animal models.
