Meditações funcionalistas : cinco reflexões sobre a administração.

In this article we present the functionalist meditations, which constitute five reflections on the administration: the administrator; technical, education, system, ideology. This is a critical text, which takes a position and you want to discuss issues important to the area. Do not seek to belittle or disqualify those found in the current reality of the business, only to reach that essence which is masked in speeches biased by a rather vague way of seeing. The aim is thus a new way to access the administrative phenomenon, through a philosophical analysis on the theme, in order to contemplate new possibilities of understanding reality.
