Content and Release Determination of Amfebutamone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets

AIM To develop a method for the assay and releasing of amfebutamone hydrochloride extended release tablets.METHODS UV-spectrophotometric method was performed at 251 nm.RESULTS The linear relationship equation is C(μg·ml~(-1))=-3.82×10~(-3)+4.31×10~(-2)A with the ranger of 4.895～16.316 μg·ml~(-1),r=0.9998.The average recovery is 99.4%,RSD=0.69(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is convenient,accurate and the results of experiment satisfactory.
