Actuating cap for fluid dispenser

A cap driving unit (1) for dispensing a liquid product, comprising an outer rotating body (2) and an actuating button (3) associated and non-rotating frame (5) and a set of spray channel (6) associated , the latter comprising an outlet nozzle (63); being the outer body (2) and the rotary actuating knob (3) between: a first position in which the button (3) is not high, with the control button (3) incapable of depression in this position; a second position in which the button (3) is raised through its entire length and width relative to the upper surface (25) of the outer body (2), still the (3) unable button depression this position; and a third position in which the button (3) is raised through its length, full width and is inclined to the upper surface (25) of the outer body (2), the (3) capable button depression in this position; causing depression of the actuating button (3) assembly depression spray channel (6), which in turn causes the release of liquid product from a container through the associated set of spray channel (6).
