The invention discloses an autonomous mobile high-precision wireless thermal environment measurement device and a multi-point temperature measurement method based on the autonomous mobile high-precision wireless thermal environment measurement device. The device comprises a measurement point mobile system, a multi-point temperature measurement and transmission system and a control system. The multi-point temperature measurement system measures the temperatures of different altitudes on the same horizontal plane through temperature sensors arranged on one vertical rod and located at different altitudes of the vertical rod, the multi-point temperature measurement system conducts measurement on different positions in a room through the measurement point mobile system, and the control system is used for coordinating work of all the systems and recording acquired data.
