The invention discloses a rapid extracting and separating method of corn filament polyphenol. The method is simple in process, convenient to operate, low in cost, and short in time. The method comprises the steps of dissolving by ethanol, extracting by micro-waves, centrifugally separating, evaporating and concentrating. The extraction technology for researching effective ingredients in the corn filament is explored; and a foundation is laid for research on functional components of the corn filament in the future.
