The invention relates to a distributed low-temperature solar thermal generating system and generating technology, which are a solar heat-collecting heater equipped according to generating capacity and a circulation line thereof; equipment and mating parts such as a plate heat exchanger, a condenser, a reservoir, a vapor liquid separator, a working medium pressure pump, a thermal storage pot, a cooling water recycle pump, a cooling tower and a valve are installed and connected; the charging amount of working medium is calculated according to the volume of the line, n-pentane (C5H12) or n-hexane (C6H4) is measured and charged in the circulation line. In the invention, low density solar energy can be directly and high-efficiently converted into high-grade electrical energy, thereby realizing clean electric power generation process of real zero discharge and avoiding electric power line loss of large generating system centralized in the traditional area and great investment and maintenance of transmission and distribution systems.
