Rail electroerosion state determination system

2005
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic corrosion state determination system of a rail having a simple constitution, for determining the electrolytic corrosion state of a crossing part or the like in the state where the load or vibration of a train is applied. SOLUTION: This electrolytic corrosion state determination system of the rail is constituted of the first magnetometric sensor 4 and the second magnetometric sensor 5 installed on both ends of the crossing part 3 of the rail 1 and just under the rail, the first filter 6 for removing an alternate current portion from a detection signal from the first magnetometric sensor 4 and outputting the first detection signal H1, the second filter 7 for removing an alternate current portion from a detection signal from the second magnetometric sensor 5 and outputting the second detection signal H2, and a signal processing device. A signal processing part 8 of the signal processing device calculates a leakage current value i based on a signal of the difference between the first detection signal H1 and the second detection signal H2. An output part 9 of the signal processing device displays the leakage current value i on a liquid crystal panel, or prints it by a printer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
