Effect observation of family- centered medical care model applying to pediatric emergency

Objective To discuss and observe the effect of family- centered medical care model applying to pediatric emergency. Methods Apply the family- centered medical care model in the pediatric emergency,including creating cultural environment,APN scheduling,medical cooperation. Compare the agreement degree of patients and their relatives according to pediatric emergency nurses' medical service before and after the intervention. Results The agreement degree of patients and their relatives according to pediatric emergency nurses' medical service after the intervention was higher than that before the intervention( P = 0. 01). Conclusion The quality of pediatric emergency nursing work and patients' satisfaction were obviously improved and worthy of clinical promotion.
