GirlsCode4Climate@EDU Award is promoted by Millennium@EDU Sustainable Education and Vidcode to improve climate literacy, global citizenship and participation as well as technology skills.The Award aims to contribute for a better understating of Climate and matters related, as a Contribution to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.Using the Vidcode platform, the objective is to code a short video (1 minute maximum) on climate issues, such as:· Understand climate changes and its effects;· Public responses to the climate change effects;· How climate changes impact your everyday life;· What actions can you take to make a difference.The winning video will be announced in parallel with the COP 21 Summit in Paris, and will be made available at http://millenniumedu.org/girlscode4climateedu-award/
