Клиническая эффективность коронарной ангиопластики артерий малого диаметра с имплантацией «Голометаллических» стентов

2012
Goal: To investigate the immediate and long-term clinical results of coronary stenting on coronary arteries of small diameter (CASD) by bare-metal stents (BMS) Tsunami (Terumo, Japan). 60 patients participated in the investigation, who had coronary heart disease with lesions in CASD (smaller than 2,5 mm). All patients had angina of the 2nd (50, 83,3%) or 3rd (10, 16,6%) functional class (FC). Left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) was 53,9 ± 3,2%, 15 patients had focuses of hypokinesia. All patients underwent coronary stenting of the target CASD by BMS Tsunami 2,25 mm in diameter. Immediate and long-term (after 12 months) results of treatment were evaluated. 56 coronary interventions of 60 had immediate clinical success (р
