A heat recovery device (10) for a hot rolling line (20) where a metallic material (100) is heated and rolled, the device includes a thermoelectric converter (11) converting heat generated by processing of the metallic material (100) at the hot rolling line (20) to electricity, and an electricity storage (12) storing the electricity converted by the thermoelectric converter (11).
