A CMOS microwave heating system
2017
A microwave heating system is designed and implemented using CMOS technology. An LC oscillator is used to generate the required microwave, while a temperature sensor is for the temperature detection. The 3-bit switch is implemented to adjust the supply current and output power of the microwave heating system. The output power range of proposed oscillator is from −10.7 to −7.12 dBm and the detected temperature range is from 20 °C to 35 °C. The slope of temperature sensors are 35 mV/°C.
