Traitement des récidives des hémorragies ulcéreuses gastroduodénales par injection adrénalinée per endoscopique

Abstract Sixty seven patients presenting with gastroduodenal ulcer hemorrages were treated with endoscopic injection of epinephrine saline mixture. The overall rate of hemostasis was 89,6 %. Depending on the degree of hemorragic severity, the rate of rebleeding was 27,4 % in pulsatile and 10 % in oozing lesions and 5,5 % in cases with visible vessel. This simple and effective technique improve the rebleeding rate from peptic ulcers.
