The innovation and improvement of technique and management on construction of nuclear power plant

It is necessary to summarize the experience and lessons learnt from every nuclear power construction project so as to optimize the project management and improve the technical scheme.In this paper,29 innovations and improvements for project management and techniques are put forward based on the construction of Unit 2 of QinshanⅡproject and Unit 3 of QinshanⅡextension project as reference for the construction of new nuclear power plants.
