Synthesis of diacylthiourea derivatives containing acrylpimaryl group

16-Isopropyl-5,9-dimethyltetracyclo[10.2.2.01,10.04,9] hexadec-15-ene-5,14-dicarboxylic acid(Acrylpimaric acid) was prepared by rosin through Diels-Alder addition reaction.Then a series of diacylthiourea derivatives containing acrylpimaryl group were synthesized.Their structures were characterized by IR,NMR,MS,and elemental analysis.The reaction conditions of these derivatives were optimized,and their yields are between 60%～77%.
