A rare-earth component of the mass of the smelting separation line monitor, belonging to the rare earth hydrometallurgical art. Including single / multiple channel autosampler system, X-ray fluorescence analysis system, a data processing system and the automatic control system. After sampling pump cascade and the aqueous phase was extracted introducing tank detection cell, the detection cell sample is delivered to, by the X-ray tube to generate X-rays for irradiating the sample, exciting a rare earth element-based L characteristic X-ray fluorescence, and treated with SDD type receiving detectors. Detecting samples were re-extracted via the sample inlet groove vivo delivery conduit. The data processing system connected to the signal transmission cable to the signal analyzer probe, will be collected into a computer, and then calculates and outputs of all the mass of a rare earth element component in a sample by a data processing computer software module and uploaded to the master room. Extraction tank for separation of rare earth smelting all changes REE line monitoring, and the data is accurate and reliable, high sensitivity.
