The Influence of Transportation Network Reliability on City Logistics

This paper is looking at evaluating the influence of the urban road network reliability on the operational reliability of urban logistics. Particular aspects of transport network reliability are outlined in relation to connectivity, capacity and transit time. A reliability matrix simulation model has been developed and some applications are presented herein.
