The invention discloses a microbial fertilizer or pesticide preparation method and a prepared microbial fertilizer or pesticide. The pesticide comprises a microbial liquid pesticide or a minor element liquid pesticide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing peat dregs with saccharomycete, actinomycete and bacillus, mixing with hemp seed dregs, bean dregs and tobacco stem roots, and fermenting at 15-55 DEG C under the action of a peat immobilized enzyme for 25-60 hours, thus obtaining a pesticide-fertilizer intermediate product; and 2) packaging the pesticide-fertilizer intermediate product, and further fermenting to obtain the microbial fertilizer; or performing engineering bacterium amplification on the pesticide-fertilizer intermediate product, further fermenting, and filling to obtain the microbial liquid pesticide; or performing engineering bacterium amplification on the pesticide-fertilizer intermediate product, further fermenting, filling to obtain the microbial liquid pesticide, and chelating minor elements in the microbial liquid pesticide to obtain the minor element liquid pesticide. The microbial fertilizer disclosed by the invention can be fermented in the packaging and transportation process and be applied at destinations; and the microbial fertilizer is simple and convenient to use and wide in application range.
