The present invention provides a cargo handling regeneration system according to the lifting device of the battery-powered industrial vehicle, with a simple apparatus configuration, it is possible to supply working oil to the other hydraulic actuator during operation of the regeneration, and preventing pulsation of the hydraulic fluid, to achieve a good handling regenerative system of regeneration efficiency. Includes a lift cylinder 1 for raising and lowering the forks F, the electric motor 4 operated by a battery power source 5, and the hydraulic pump 3 for supplying pressure oil to the lift cylinder 1, a control valve 14 which is interposed liquid supply channel 23 , when performing the power recovery on battery power 5 to function motor 4 as a generator in a motor action which occurs when the pressure oil by the load applied to the falling time lift cylinder 1 of the fork F is returned to the hydraulic pump 3, the descent of the fork F and the opening degree of the control valve 14 which during controlling the pressure oil return amount to the hydraulic pump 3, a controller 17 for controlling the rotational speed of the electric motor 5 is provided.
