The invention discloses a large platform water floating-type photovoltaic power generating system, which comprises a plurality of connecting steel pipes, wherein a plurality of hollow floating barrels are evenly set on the connecting steel pipes at interval; the connecting steel pipes between two adjacent hollow floating barrels are provided with photovoltaic components; the connecting steel pipes between the hollow floating barrels and the adjacent photovoltaic components are provided with patterned steel plates; the height of back supports of the photovoltaic components is larger than front supports of the photovoltaic components; the connecting steel pipes are also provided with a plurality of stopper blocks; two ends of each of the hollow floating barrels are fixed by the stopper blocks; the photovoltaic components and the supports thereof are the same with terrestrial photovoltaic components and supports; the tilt angle of the components can be regulated according to different latitudes so as to satisfy the requirement of the biggest power generating efficiency; the terrestrial photovoltaic supports and the construction technology are mature, thus the construction duration is short; the floating platform can float on water surface; and even on the water area with large height difference of water surface, the stability of the photovoltaic components can also be ensured, thus the large platform water floating-type photovoltaic power generating system can be used on rivers, lakes or reservoirs; and the application range is very wide.
