Manual bending tool

The invention relates to a manual bending tool, which comprises a pair of handles and a pair of semi-circular pipes, wherein the two semi-circular pipes have consistent size and shape; one ends of the two semi-circular pipes are connected into a whole through a soft connection piece; the handles are respectively connected to the other ends of the two semi-circular pipes; and a heating resistance wire is paved on an inner wall of each semi-circular pipe, and is connected with a power wire and a plug to form a heating circuit.
