Determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in siraitia grosvenorii of different varieties.

Objective Gas chromatography was established for 13 organochlorine pesticide residues in siraitia grosvenorii.Methods The sample was extracted ultrasonically at the ratio of 1∶1 between acetone and petroleum ether.The extract solvent was purified by concentrated sulphuric acid with 10% H2O contained.CP-Sil5CB capillary column was used to separate the sample.GC-ECD was applied to determine the residues of organochlorine pesticide.Results The percentage recoveries were ranged from 80.3% to 121.9% and RSD were from 2.8% to 6.8%.Conclusion The method established is quick and simple in operation and low in cost.
