The motion of the rubber belt is broken up onto the rotation drum body and the small carriers with the axes perpendicular to the axis of the rotation drum body, any-angle turning of the rubber belt is achieved, the small carrier rollers are low in bearing load and low in rotation speed, and the service life is greatly prolonged.
